Meet Arthur : Fitness has given me excellent health, high energy levels and a sense of well-being. Applying my success to the de-motivated also gives me a great sense of achievement. These people need the right kind of help and I know that Genesis is the perfect place for first-time exercisers.

Background :As a child, I wasn’t exposed to modern-day gadgets such as MP3s, TVs or radios. This gave me me more time for tree climbing, river swimming & chasing cars! I was never still. Growing up, I become involved in sport and represented the county at youth-level cross country, athletics and football. Later, I represented the Army at football and cross country. My most memorable moment was as a fifteen year-old running in a national boys’ cross country race, running against Steve Cram - I came 39th.

Lifestyle : I currently enjoy keeping fit, spending time with my children and walking my dog. Cooking is another passion, especially Italian food. I learned to cook traditional Sicilian recipes by watching my mother !
