Genesis offers a wide selection of treatments including Massage, Chiropody, Physiotherapy and Reflexology. Looking good on the outside comes from feeling good on the inside, so go ahead and pamper yourself ! We all need a little treat from time to time. Treatments available to members and non-members alike, pick up a leaflet at reception, or call and chat with a member of our team. We work in consultation with all our therapists so you can be assured that we will use their feedback to enable us to put together the best possible programme for your particular issues /injury.

Crèche
Happy baby! Your baby's first session at the crèche is absolutely free. £10.00 five session pass. The crèche is open three mornings a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 12 noon. Super baby friendly, up to and including three year olds. Our qualified childminder cares of little groups of no more than three children. If this is your first child or a newborn, then work out in the comfort of knowing that you are just steps away. We'll ask you to register your baby detailing special needs and habits, so that we can take the very best care possible, and also to book your creche session one week in advance if you can.
