Tim and Philippa, are a brother & sister team, who both share a passion for health and exercise and, having been involved in other health clubs all over the country, decided to combine their expertise and knowledge and set up their own. Both Tim & Philippa were disillusioned with how the health and fitness industry promoted itself to the fit, body beautiful end of the market and did not cater as well to the needs of less fit clients who were daunted by the idea of a gym.

Genesis recognises the immense value of ongoing, personalised support and feel that a regular session with a trainer is vital, irrespective of your fitness level.
